INFO DURING YOUR STAY
CHECK-IN MODALITIES
Arrival: from 16:00 until 11pm for "LE VIENNE" and 24 hours a day for the 2 studios "GÉN
AS". Handing over the keys: A few days before your arrival, I give you the instructions to get the key to your accommodation by email. You'll pick them up in a "keybox" which I'll give you the address and passcode.
CHECK-OUT MODALITIES:
Start time: Until 11:00 a.m.
For a good organization please indicate the time of your departure by email to contact@lenidlyonnais.fr
Status: When you check in when you leave, a report will be carried out. Your deposit will be returned to you if there has been no degradation and the keys are returned without loss.
Cleanliness: Please leave the apartment in the state you found when you arrived.
BOOKING CONDITIONS:
Booking: online
Down payment: The entire stay is requested at the booking
Caution: A deposit of 250 euros will be requested for your stay.
Settlement: Online, by credit card.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:
They vary according to seasonality, I invite you to refer to your reservation where they are notified.
Strict cancellation conditions are as follows:

– Non-refundable cancellation at J-30
