CAN I CHECK-IN LATE ?
If you are staying in the “Vienna” apartment, your arrival must be before 23:00.
For the two studios district Montchat pvous can arrive at any time.
HOW CAN I GET TO THE APARTMENT ?
Arrival instructions will be communicated to you by email at the booking.
IS PARKING INCLUDED ?
No, there are free and paid parking spaces nearby.
With ZENPARK, you can park in automated shared car parks near the apartments (about 5 euros/day).
ARE SHEETS AND TOWELS INCLUDED ?
Yes, a linen kit is available for each accommodation.
IS THE CLEANING INCLUDED ?
Yes, it is included in the service fee of 30 euros.
Dois-je payer un acompte ?
Yes, the total amount of the stay (night – housekeeping – residence tax) is deducted less than 30 days from the date of arrival.
CAN I GET A FACTURE ?

Yes, it’s $250. This amount is automatically frozen in your bank account during your stay, and then automatically issued if no damage is found.
HOW MUCH ARE TOURIST TAXES ?
Studio: $0.99/night/person
Q2: 3% of the total amount of the night-time at 2.30 euros/night/person
